Arrival and departure

On your day of arrival, your room will be at your disposal from 15.00. On your day of departure, we ask you to make your room available until 10.00.

Billing

You have the possibility to settle your bill on the eve of your departure or on departure day. According to Italian law, cash payments are only allowed up to 4.999,99 €. We accept all credit cards, except for American Express and Diners Club.

Cancellations

If you are not able to make it for your vacation, the following conditions apply:

• No cancellation fees are due up to 21 days before the start of the holiday.
• 20 to 11 days before arrival we charge 30% of the total amount of the booked stay.
• In case of cancellation less than 10 days before your arrival, we charge 70% of the total amount of the stay.
• In case of late arrival or early departure we charge 90% of the total amount of the stay.

For an ideal protection, we recommend you to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Charging station for electric cars

Our charging station (for a fee) for electric cars features one charging spot with universal connections for every type of car. This means that you get to recharge the battery of all electric vehicles on the market conveniently at the hotel.

Local tax

Beginning January 1st 2014, a local tax per guest (14 years and older) and night is being collected in South Tyrolean accommodation facilities. The amount of this tax depends on the category of the facility and is 2.50 € per person and day at the Vilpianerhof. The local tax in not included in the room price, but is to be paid separately at the day of your departure.

Meal times

The breakfast buffet is accessible from 08.00 to 10.30, the gourmet breakfast on Sundays is open until 11.30. If you would to have breakfast a little bit earlier, we ask you to approach our service personnel or the reception. The dinner is served from 18.30 to 20.00.

Parking area

The use of the parking spaces in the garage and the interior courtyard of the hotel are at your disposal free of charge. The hotel parking area and the garage are being locked at night; the courtyard is secured by an alarm system.

Pets

On prior request, dogs are allowed at a daily rate of 15.00€ (without food). Please understand that dogs are not allowed to the dining room and to the winter garden during breakfast.
